The anti-ageing spa ritual is an indulgent four-hour option which incorporates a 60-minute training session with an instructor that will tailor you a bespoke routine, which is followed by a two-hour stint of rest and relaxation in the spa, culminating in a soothing massage and facial treatment.
The ‘Beauty Day’ Spa Ritual runs for a full day, consisting of three hours in the morning and two hours in the afternoon. It comprises 60 minutes of relaxation in the wet rooms, followed by a 60-minute massage to relax tension in the body. Later on the luxurious offerings continue with a one-hour facial to illuminate the complexion.
Anti-Stress Spa Ritual restores balance to your mind, body and spirit, starting with a 60-minute session in either Yoga or Pilates, continuing on with a one-hour massage that aims to eradicate toxins and soothe the muscles. The 60-minute facial therapy that follows is an exclusive experience which aims to purify the skin and combat signs of stress.
