The Taittinger champagne was flowing at Accor Hotel’s Pullman Sydney Hyde Park last week as over 100 members of the local business sector savoured a ‘taste’ of its new 5-star corporate events/conferencing style. While mingling with representatives of the 13 Pullman properties across Australia, guests were pampered with hand massages from Vie Spa, endless French champagne, a smorgasbord of the best cheeses plus exquisite oeu’douvres from Pullman’s ‘Tapastry’ menu – exclusively designed by Pullman ‘culinary ambassador’ chef, Justin North. “With the Pullman events experience we are showcasing a new attitude with the brand here in Australia,” AccorHotels vice president sales Henrik Berglind said. “Each of our properties provides a unique gastronomy experience, especially with our partnership with Justin North which really elevates our food and beverage offerings,” he said. The Pullman Events roadshow is also scheduled this month for the Pullman Brisbane King George Square and Pullman Melbourne Albert Park.
