Seabourn has added an extra departure of its popular Antarctica expedition voyages on Seabourn Venture during the 2025/26 season.
Citing “popular demand” for its Antarctica expedition program, Seabourn has added an 11-day Great White Continent voyage between 10-21 March 2026. Prices currently start at AU$15,499 per person twin share.
“Exploring Antarctica in March offers a unique opportunity to witness the stunning landscapes as they transition into winter. This period is ideal for observing peak whale activity, with potential sightings of humpback whales and orcas, along with gentoo penguins and Antarctic fur seals,” said Robin West, Seabourn’s Vice President and General Manager of Expeditions.

“Our Antarctica expedition voyages are incredibly popular, and we encourage guests to seize this chance to experience this remarkable continent and learn about the historic voyages of renowned explorers James Weddell, Otto Nordenskjöld, and Fabian Gottlieb von Bellingshausen.”
Between November 2025 and March 2026, Seabourn Venture, along with sister ship Seabourn Pursuit, will offer a series of 11-, 13- and 21-day voyages to Antarctica. All voyages include a pre-cruise charter hotel stay in Buenos Aires and roundtrip charter flights to Ushuaia, from where the ship will depart.
Every Seabourn voyage to Antarctica offers included

Zodiac outings to cruise among towering icebergs and landings to join the ship’s Expedition Team to walk and hike across untouched and seldom-seen landscapes. Optional kayaking and submarine excursions will also be available. Weather permitting, examples of locations the ship may visit include the iconic photographic destination of Lemaire Channel; Deception Island and Neko Harbour.
Seabourn’s Antarctica expedition voyages will also offer the new ‘Image Masters’ program, a hands-on masterclass designed to sharpen the camerawork of guests via an intimate photography workshop. The program will provide in-the-field instruction on photo composition, camera technique, editing, and retouching, all led by the accomplished, onboard nature photographer. Guests interested can learn more about the program on Seabourn’s website.
