Following last month’s ILTM Singapore, six senior Virtuoso travel advisors and owner managers were hosted on an 8-night Thailand famil showcasing three Thai Virtuoso member properties represented in Australia and New Zealand by Liz Rodger’s, LRforLuxuryResorts collection.

Beginning with a ‘stop and reset’ stay at Kamalaya Koh Samui – a multi-award-winning wellness sanctuary and holistic spa, participants of the group experienced a three-day Relax & Renew Wellness Program, ideal for anyone wanting a break from the demands of modern life (or simply to re-energise after ILTM!).

  • Traditional Thai Massage (60 min)
  • Traditional Asian Hand Massage (30 min)

  • Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (60 min)

As well as all meals, airport transfers, a 45-minute wellness consultation and a 15-minute wellness program Progress Review on day three.

Accommodation at Kamalaya was in Superior Ocean-view Suites and Sea View Villas. Following their Kamalaya stay, the very relaxed and re-energised

group continued to Trisara Phuket for a two-night stay in spacious Ocean View Pool Villas.

The group’s alfresco dinner at Villa 12 – one of Trisara’s 29 residential villas, overlooking Trisara’s secluded cove and the Andaman Sea was hosted by Trisara Phuket’s new General Manager – Marc Denton.

The trip ended with a two-night stay at Capella Bangkok in Riverfront Premier rooms overlooking the Chao Phraya River.

Highlights of the Capella Bangkok stay included High Tea in the Tea Lounge; experiencing their daily Capella Rituals – Cin Cin at Stella Bar, Sunrise Sun Salutations; a walking tour of the storied Charoenkrung District and a customised “Capella Curates” 2-hour canal expedition by Solar powered boat. Culminating in a memorable dinner at Capella Bangkok’s Michelin Starred restaurant Côte where the group experienced Riviera-inspired cuisine by a 3-star Chef Mauro Colagreco.
