Hurtigruten is kicking off the new year with a major incentive designed to reward its top-performing Australian and New Zealand travel advisors, offering them the chance to win a place on an exclusive 12-day Norway mega famil in September 2026.

The cruise and expedition specialist has announced that the top 20 agents who deposit and book the most Hurtigruten product between now and 30 April 2026 will secure a spot on the adventure, which journeys from the Arctic town of Kirkenes to Oslo. The itinerary combines Hurtigruten’s Original Coastal Voyage with a premium Signature voyage, showcasing the very best of Norway’s coastline.

“This is truly a once-in-a-career opportunity for our agent partners,” said Damian Perry, Managing Director of Hurtigruten Asia Pacific. “There’s nothing quite like experiencing Norway with Hurtigruten, and this mega famil will bring together our most valued agents alongside Hurtigruten’s senior leaders and top-performing industry peers from around the world.”

Running from 14 to 25 September 2026, the prize includes a southbound sailing to Bergen entitled the Coastal Express. Winners will explore picturesque villages, dramatic fjords and rugged mountain landscapes before joining up to 300 global industry peers on a Signature voyage to Oslo. The Signature experience features premium, award-winning dining through Norway’s Coastal Kitchen, unlimited selected drinks and an enhanced onboard activities program, culminating in a special awards event.

According to Perry, the experience is about both recognition and immersion. “It’s an exclusive, not to be missed experience that celebrates the incredible support our agents give us and immerses them in the very best of what Hurtigruten does,” he said.

Every deposited passenger booking during the incentive period counts as an entry, meaning agents can boost their chances by booking more clients. The 20 winners will be contacted by Hurtigruten by 11 May 2026, with the prize valued at more than $8,000 per person.

These include savings of up to 30% plus bonus onboard credit on select Original and Signature voyages for departures through to March 2027, as well as special deals on the popular Follow the Northern Lights package.
