Plaza Premium Group is driving a strategic global expansion plan that includes US, China, India and Indonesia with a total investment of US$100 million in the next two years. The launch of airport meet-and-greet service Allways is one of the group’s key milestones to establishing footprint in the US market, followed by the opening of Plaza Premium Lounge in Dallas Fort Worth (DFW) international Airport in 2020.

Air New Zealand has committed to the purchase of eight Boeing 787-10 Dreamliner aircraft. Fiji Airways has announced that it will acquire two new Airbus A350 XWB aircraft as part of its wide-body aircraft expansion plans. The new additions to the airline’s fleet will be used to primarily service popular routes between the US and Australia, with exact schedules to be confirmed closer to launch. 

LATAM Airlines Group has unveiled plans to operate three non-stop flights per week from Santiago to Sydney by the end of 2019. More details including the start date, itinerary and ticket availability will be communicated in the coming weeks.
