Meet & Greet service debuts at DFW, lounge to come
Plaza Premium Group is driving a strategic global expansion plan that includes US, China, India and Indonesia with a total investment of US$100 million in the next two years. The launch of airport meet-and-greet service Allways is one of the group’s key milestones to establishing footprint in the US market, followed by the opening of Plaza Premium Lounge in Dallas Fort Worth (DFW) international Airport in 2020.

New York, Sao Paulo, Toronto on the radar
Air New Zealand has committed to the purchase of eight Boeing 787-10 Dreamliner aircraft. The -10 fitted with General Electric engines will be delivered from late 2022 through to 2027, and complements Air New Zealand’s existing fleet of 13 787-9 Dreamliners. The larger variation has capacity for an additional 40 seats.

New route for Australian carrier’s next wave of 787-9 deliveries
Qantas will introduce its Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner aircraft on the Sydney-San Francisco route from 4 December. The move coincides with the delivery of Qantas’ next six Dreamliners which will replace ageing Boeing 747 aircraft over the next 18 months.
