In response to feedback from local businesses, government and the tourism industry, network changes will see flights between Alice Springs and Darwin upgraded from a Boeing 717 to a Boeing 737 aircraft, an increase of up to 1,300 seats per week on the route. The change means customers will have the option to travel in Business Class and introduce inflight entertainment, including fast, free Wi-Fi on selected flights.

The Praetor 600 will be the farthest-flying super-midsize business jet, which allows non-stop flights between London and New York. The Praetor 500 will be the fastest midsize aircraft, capable of reaching Europe from the west coast of the US with a single stop. With four passengers and NBAA IFR Reserves, the Praetor 600 will have an intercontinental range of 3,900 nautical 7,223 kilometres and the Praetor 500 will lead the midsize class with a continental range of 6,019 nautical kilometres.

Japan’s All Nippon Airways is expanding its services to Europe with the upcoming launch of a new daily non-stop route from Tokyo Haneda Airport to Vienna International Airport. ANA will begin the new Austrian route from  17 February 2019, utilising Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner aircraft. Vienna will be the cornerstone of ANA’s strategy to meet growing business demand for flights connecting Asia and Europe.
