Forbes Travel Guide (FTG)—which operates a global rating system for luxury hotels, restaurants, spas, ocean cruises and their restaurants—this week announced the appointment of Tim Brooke-Webb as its new chief commercial officer.

Kempinski Hotels has named Frank Veenstra as chief development officer, tasking him with helping shape the brand’s next phase as it aims to move into the ultra-luxury segment.

Most notably, Helen McCabe-Young has been named Senior Vice President, Global Products, while Thatcher Brown—who previously held the title—has departed Virtuoso to assume the role of CEO at Crescent Seas, a new luxury residence at sea concept.
