Travel advisors across Australia and New Zealand are being encouraged by Abercrombie & Kent and sister luxury cruise brand, Crystal, to participate in the annual A&K Survey. Each year A&K coordinates its annual advisor survey to gain expert feedback from frontliner sellers. The intel shared provides A&K Travel Group with insight on how the businesses are doing in the market, and what can be done to fine-tune and refine to improve the experience, and determine what work needs to be done to increase the volume of transactions generated across its brands.
