Hyatt Hotel Corporation’s boutique luxury brand, Andaz Hotels by Hyatt, has been earmarked to launch in the Australasia region in three years’ time, with a site pinpointed in Sydney’s CBD. Architect Woods Bagot has announced its winning scheme for the new 55-story tower, to be built at 4–6 Bligh Street.
