Cancun-based hospitality company, Palace Resorts, has acquired Baglioni Hotels & Resorts - a high-end Italian hotel company with properties in Rome, Florence, Milan, Venice, Sardinia, Apulia, London and the Maldives.

Baglioni Hotels & Resorts has confirmed doors will open on the group's new hotel in the heart of Milan, Casa Baglioni, on 16 January 2023.
