Celebrity Cruises has released an all-new Caribbean offerings for the Winter 2024/2025 season on board four ships – Celebrity Apex, Celebrity Constellation, Celebrity Equinox and Celebrity Summit. Embarking from three Florida ports: Central Florida’s Port Canaveral, West Florida’s Port Tampa Bay, and South Florida’s Port Everglades, Celebrity Cruises offer more than 40 new itineraries, all of which open for booking on 22 August 2023.

Celebrity Cruises says it posted its single largest booking day ever on Black Friday, followed by its strongest Cyber Monday in history.

Celebrity Cruises christened Celebrity Apex at an event in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida last week ahead of the vessel’s debut Caribbean season.

Celebrity Cruises will deploy all three of its Edge-class ships – Celebrity Edge, Celebrity Apex and Celebrity Beyond – to Europe in 2023.The ‘Edge’ ships will join four other vessels in Europe as part of the program, including recently revamped Celebrity Silhouette, as well as Celebrity Constellation, Celebrity Infinity and Celebrity Reflection.

Celebrity Apex, the second Edge Series ship in Celebrity Cruises’ fleet, has embarked on its maiden voyage this past weekend, sailing from Athens (Pireaus) on 19 June 2021.

Celebrity Cruises has revealed that its third Edge Series class of ship, Celebrity Beyond, will be 20 metres longer and one floor higher than her sister-series ships.

Celebrity Cruises will resume operations in Europe from 19 June 2021, with the cruise line revealing plans to deploy the brand-new Celebrity Apex to Greece.

Celebrity Cruises will sail the 2022/23 Caribbean Winter Season with eight ships, including its newest, ground-breaking Edge Series ships – Celebrity Apex and Celebrity Edge. They will be joined by four ships recently ‘revolutionised’ as part of a multimillion-dollar fleet renovation program, Celebrity Equinox, Celebrity Millennium, Celebrity Silhouette and Celebrity Summit; and two additional gems in the fleet, Celebrity Constellation and Celebrity Reflection.

Celebrity Cruises has taken delivery of its second Edge series ship, Celebrity Apex, in what is believed to be the first virtual delivery of a cruise ship.

goop, the modern lifestyle brand founded by Gwyneth Paltrow, is partnering with Celebrity Cruises to create the first goop at Sea experience. Scheduled to take place on the soon-to-debut Celebrity Apex, the event will see Paltrow and goop’s Chief Content Officer, Elise Loehnen, join an 11-night wellness cruise through the Mediterranean on 26 August 2020 to host a special onboard experience for the retreat goers.

2020 heralds the arrival of a further fleet of new luxury ocean ships, including two newcomers to cruising, Virgin Voyages and The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection.
