Crystal has updated its Crystal Confidence 2.0 program to extend the no-money-down deposit window until 5 January 2021 for new and existing bookings.

A series of training videos offering step-by-step instructions on how to use the features of Crystal’s online booking engine, CruiseBuilder, has been launched. Topics of the videos – each less than a minute – include How to Check Availability, How to Check Pricing and How to Make a Fast Quote, among others with the aim of showing the ease and simplicity of the booking process for travel agents.

Crystal Cruises has released its complete roster of global voyages aboard Crystal Symphony for the 2023 season which includes a range of sailings exploring regions outside of peak season. The program features cruises of six to 15 nights duration.

Crystal Cruises has introduced two new seven-night Caribbean itineraries for the end of the 2020 cruise season.

Crystal Cruises has opened 2023 itineraries on Crystal Serenity for bookings. In 2023, the ship will sail individual voyages of seven to 23 nights, as well as a full World Cruise offered with 140-, 128- and 119-night options, and combination sailings of up to 100 nights without repeating ports.

Crystal has released an enticing new Easy Book program that includes reduced deposits and waived administrative fees for all new bookings through 30 June 2020. The new program applies to all Crystal experiences – Crystal Cruises, Crystal River Cruises, Crystal Yacht Cruises and Crystal Expedition Cruises – in 2021, 2022 and 2023.
