Waldorf Astoria Cancun, a 173-key luxury resort set among the verdant mangroves of the Yucatan Peninsula offering panoramic ocean views and world-class dining, has opened as the first Waldorf Astoria hotel in the Mexican Caribbean and second Mexico. 

Hilton is expanding its contemporary luxury brand Conrad Hotels & Resorts in Singapore, unveiling plans to rebrand Regent Singapore as Conrad Singapore Orchard.

Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts is entering the Vietnamese market, after signing the Waldorf Astoria Hanoi. Scheduled to open in 2025, Waldorf Astoria Hanoi will join Hilton’s pipeline of nine other hotels and resorts that will open in Vietnam in the coming years.

LXR Hotels & Resorts has signed its first property in the United Arab Emirates, a brand-new private island resort in Abu Dhabi. Al Nawras Island, LXR Hotels & Resorts will offer 80 beach and water villas as well as a 450-square-metre, two-bedroom Royal Villa.

LXR Hotels & Resorts, a luxury brand of Hilton, has earmarked a late 2022 debut in South East Asia with a property in Bali, Indonesia. The all-villa resort, currently trading as Jumana Bali Ungasan Resort (formerly Banyan Tree Ungasan Resort Bali), will join a steadily growing portfolio of LXR properties located in London, Santa Monica, Dubai, Bodrum, Las Vegas, Seychelles, Seattle, Kyoto and Anguilla.

Hilton has secured two new landmark signings is Asia Pacific; the first Waldorf Astoria hotel in Osaka, Japan; and Conrad hotel in Chongqing, China.The two management agreements add two brand-leading properties to the company’s storied portfolio of luxury hotels in the region. When they open, the hotels will join the prestigious ranks of 30 operating hotels under the company’s group of luxury brands: Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts, Conrad Hotels & Resorts and LXR Hotels & Resorts.

Hilton’s Conrad Hotels & Resorts has signed its first property in California as part of a new, mixed-use development dubbed “The Grand LA”, located in downtown Los Angeles.

The Hilton portfolio of brands has signed its first LXR Hotels & Resorts property management deal for the US Pacific Northwest.

Hilton is further expanding the group’s all-inclusive and luxury offering in Mexico, inking a deal to manage two namesake properties and a new Conrad hotel in Tulum.
