Park Hyatt London River Thames will be part of the 18 building Nine Elms development on the south bank of the river, located directly opposite Westminster. Entitled the One Thames City, it will feature a 43-storey River Tower, and a 58-storey City Tower. The shorter of the two towers will feature 109 residential apartments, and the Park Hyatt hotel.
