Restauranteur Jonathan Barthellmess has announced his latest venture, the Tokyo-inspired Yoko Dining, which is slated to open in November in Brisbane’s Howard Smith Wharves precinct. It’s anticipated to translate the energetic experience of Tokyo’s izakayas, music bars and pop-infused counter culture into a raucous split-level bistro on the river.
