Chef Curtis Stone launches new six-course menu at SHARE
Princess Cruises’ marked the start of its Australian summer cruise season last week with the maiden arrival of Ruby Princess into Sydney Harbour on Wednesday morning [23 October, 2019]. Welcoming Ruby Princess to her new homeport, Michelin Star Chef Curtis Stone engaged his Princess OceanMedallion to activate a spectacular display of ruby-coloured fireworks as the ship entered the harbour.

Announcement comes days ahead of delivery of Sky Princess in Italy
Reservations have opened for Princess Cruises’ newest ship, Discovery Princess. Set to launch in November 2021, the 3,660-passenger ship will the newest addition to Princess Cruises’ Royal-Class fleet and will sail through Europe, South America, Mexico and the Californian coastline its its debut season in 2021/2022.

Three-Michelin-starred chef Emmanuel Renaut’s second restaurant at sea with Princess Cruises
Marking the first time in the cruise line’s history, Princess Cruises will introduce a new French restaurant to North American guests. The debut of La Mer by the three-Michelin-starred chef, Emmanuel Renaut, on board its next new cruise ship Sky Princess, will arrive in Fort Lauderdale in December 2019 for an inaugural season of Caribbean cruises.
