Queen Mary 2’s 2021 World Voyage abandoned due to ongoing uncertainty
Cunard has confirmed a further extension to is operations pause, from November 2020 until 25 March 2021 for its ship Queen Elizabeth; until 18 April 2021 for Queen Mary 2 and until 16 May 2021 for Queen Victoria.

Cunard extends COVID-19 induced operational pause
Cunard is further extending its cruise pause due to the continued impact of COVID-19. Queen Mary 2 and Queen Victoria sailings that were due to depart up to and including 1 November 2020 have been cancelled. Voyages on Queen Elizabeth up to and including 23 November 2020 have also been ditched.

Luxury cruise line Cunard has partnered with award-winning microbrewery, Dark Revolution, to create a trio of craft beers now available exclusively on three of Cunard’s cruise ships – Queen Mary 2, Queen Elizabeth and Queen Victoria. The craft collection is the latest addition to the cruise lines custom beverage selection onboard and includes a ‘Black’ Stout, a ‘Red’ IPA, and a ‘Gold’ Pilsner.

The actor and author will take part in Insight’s program aboard Queen Mary 2
Actor, author and activist George Takei, best known for his role as Hikaru Sulu, helmsman of the USS Enterprise in the television series Star Trek, will headline the Christmas voyage on Cunard’s flagship liner Queen Mary 2 as part of the luxury cruise line’s Insights program, from 22 December, 2019 – to 3 January 2020.
