Accor will introduce the bespoke Raffles Hotels & Resorts brand to Russia in around two years time.

Raffles Maldives Meradhoo has revealed a new six-bedroom retreat will soon debut at the resort, offering the “ultimate hideaway for those who want to relax in unparalleled style”.

Raffles Hotels & Resorts, a luxury hospitality brand operated under the Accor umbrella, has soft-launched its latest property, the intimate Raffles Bali – the 15th Raffles Hotel in the world.

Raffles Hotels & Resorts has been confirmed as the operator of 85 residences that will form part of its luxury development at London’s Old War Office building. The ultra-luxury brand signed on as the hotel partner for the 125-room and -suite flagship hotel in June 2017.

As part of ongoing celebrations for the relaunch of Raffles Hotel Singapore following its multi-million-dollar restoration, Accor invited a select group of Raffles owners, dignitaries, media, travel industry leaders and partners to an exclusive Raffles Gala event in the new Raffles Jubilee Ballroom.

Latitude 33 has released its 22-night Raffles, Tea Plantations and Golden Triangle tour, taking 20 guests through some of the world’s most exotic destinations, including Singapore, Sri Lanka and India. Commencing on 3 January 2021, the itinerary incorporates a stay at Singapore’s iconic Raffles Hotel followed by four nights exploring Sri Lanka’s Galle and Colombo, an eight-night cruise on board Ponant’s Le Laperouse from Colombo to Mumbai, and finishes with a tour of India’s Golden Triangle, staying exclusively at Oberoi Hotels.

Raffles Boston Back Bay Hotel & Residences has broken ground in the US Northeast. The 33-storey hotel will be the first mixed-use property in North America for Raffles Hotels & Resorts, located at Trinity Place. The flagship North American property will feature 147 rooms, 146 branded residences and six food and beverage venues. Raffles Boston Back Bay Hotel & Residences joins Raffles’ prestigious collection of 14 individually unique and timeless properties located in the world’s most fascinating cities and vibrant destinations.

Raffles Singapore is back in action following a meticulous, three-phased, 17-month restoration. The restoration has created a refreshed social haven that delivers a compelling mix of culture, beauty and gentility. New suite categories, vibrant lifestyle experiences and exclusive dining concepts have been developed for international visitors and Singaporeans alike.

Raffles Hotels & Resorts has inked a management agreement that will see the ultra-luxury brand debut in the Kingdom of Bahrain. Raffles Bahrain will takeover the Al Areen Palace & Spa, a private resort that features 78 pool villas as well as the region’s largest spa and hydrotherapy facility.

Accor has revealed plans to add two further Raffles properties to its network in Asia, with Raffles Bali and Raffles Sentosa Resort & Spa Singapore planned to debut in 2020 and 2022 respectively.

The CEO of AccorHotels Asia-Pacific, Michael Issenberg, believes the Australian market could be a suitable fit for the group’s upscale brand with Swiss heritage, Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts. AccorHotels acquired Mövenpick and its portfolio of over 80 hotels and resorts earlier this year. Currently the brand is present in 24 countries, but has not spread its wings Down Under.
