Worldwide adventure cycling company, Ride & Seek, has unveiled a  new cycling adventure from Sydney to Melbourne, following the footsteps of Polish explorer Sir Paul Edmund de Strzelecki, noted for his contributions to the exploration of Australia, particularly the Snowy Mountains and Tasmania.
