Seven new carriages coming in 2019
Rocky Mountaineer is set to add seven newly built GoldLeaf Service rail cars on its Western Canadian rail routes for the 2019 season. The world’s largest privately owned luxury train company will add four rail cars to its fleet in April, with three additional cars coming later in the season. The bi-level rail cars feature oversized glass-dome windows and a separate dining area for guests traveling through the Canadian Rockies.

Peaks & Perks credit on eight-day packages
For a limited time, travellers booking eligible 2019 Rocky Mountaineer packages will receive up to $800 per couple to help create their ultimate Rocky Mountaineer experience. Qualifying packages in both GoldLeaf and SilverLeaf Service of eight days or more will receive a $400 bonus for each guest ($800 per couple), and shorter packages of five to seven days will receive a $250 bonus for each guest ($500 per couple).

Flight Centre, Infinity and APT troupe given first peak at new luxury rail cars
A group of 11 from Flight Centre, APT and Infinity have taken a first look at Rocky Mountaineer’s newest fleet of custom made GoldLeaf railcars this week in Berlin. Rail company Stadler have custom-built the 10 new bi-level glass domed carriages for Rocky Mountaineer at their Reinickendorf-based facility.
