Seabourn will return to Asia in late 2018 and early 2019 with an exciting schedule of voyages aboard its newest ship, Seabourn Ovation. From the natural splendours of Vietnam and Thailand to the modern skylines and urban culture of Hong Kong and Singapore, the yacht-like ship will visit an array of exotic destinations and fascinating cities, as well as offer a variety of optional shore excursions and pre- and post-cruise Seabourn Journeys to UNESCO World Heritage Sites, in this inspiring part of the world.

Seabourn has launched a sale on select voyages departing in 2018 and through to May 2020, offering significant savings and bonus offers when booking before 13 November this year. Sailings to/from and around Australia and New Zealand aboard Seabourn Encore and Seabourn Sojourn are included in the mix.

Seabourn has received approval to begin sailing to Cuba from Miami and San Juan, Puerto Rico, starting with a 12-day cruise aboard Seabourn Sojourn departing Miami on 4 November 2019. Seabourn will be Carnival Corporation’s third cruise brand currently approved to sail to Cuba.

Seabourn Sojourn will cross three great oceans and stop at 62 ports in 36 countries on five continents throughout the course of the sailing, featuring a combination of visits to world famous marquee ports and hidden gems. The voyage will include 16 overnights in port, and linger into the late evening another 18 times, enjoying more than one day exploring a port for every day relaxing at sea. There will be several exclusive world cruise events planned, as well as local shows, regional cuisines, and palate-pleasing wines for guests to enjoy as they sail around the globe.

Ultra-luxury cruise line, Seabourn, has signed a Letter of Intent for the construction of two ultra-luxury expedition ships with a new partnership between shipbuilders T.Mariotti and Damen, who will collaborate on the construction of the vessels under a common name MARIOTTI DAMEN Cruise.

Seabourn introduced its newest vessel to the world with a festive naming ceremony for Seabourn Ovation in the baroque harbour of Valletta, Malta last week. Seabourn orchestrated a line-up of celebratory events, including a live performance by the ship’s godmother, actress and singer Elaine Paige OBE, one of the world’s best-loved and most highly awarded artists.

Seabourn took delivery of its newest ship, Seabourn Ovation, last Friday during an official handover ceremony at the Fincantieri shipyard in Genoa, Italy.
