A week after announcing two new vessels for Oceania Cruises, Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd has now revealed plans for a new ship to join the Regent Seven Seas Cruises stable in late 2023.

Seven Seas Explorer will sail to South America for the first time inside two months. After cruising the Mediterranean, Caribbean, Northern Europe and Africa during her first two years, Regent Seven Seas Cruises’ Seven Seas Explorer will visit picturesque ports in 10 South American countries, from January through March 2019 during five voyages.

Regent Seven Seas Cruises has revealed two guest experience enhancements that reflect guest recommendations and emerging luxury cruise trends: the opening of its pool grills, to serve relaxed, gourmet dinner al fresco fleetwide; and the ability for guests to use shipboard credits toward ship-based purchases prior to departure.
