The Margaret River region is renowned for its wineries, beaches and amazing natural beauty. It’s therefore not surprising that when TravelManagers offered a pre-conference famil to experience the many delights of this region, a total of 26 personal travel managers (PTMs) signed up.

Twelve consecutive months of record sales, reaching a milestone of 550 personal travel managers (PTMs) and launching individual PTM websites, were just a few of the highlights from a year of success for TravelManagers in 2018.

For the second successive year, a TravelManagers home-based consultant has won the Avis Travel Agent Scholarship program in 2018. Jo Patten from Ulladulla joins TravelManagers’ Nakita Byrne, who took out the award in 2017.

Applications for the Avis Travel Agent Scholarship program are now open for 2018. Established to encourage, recognise and reward outstanding customer service, the Avis Travel Agent Scholarship has evolved into one of the most valuable and prestigious awards offered to Australian and New Zealand travel professionals. Applications for the program will be open until 12 October 2018 and finalists will be announced on 25 October 2018. The award dinner and winner announcement will take place in November 2018.
