Viking has unveiled plans for a new ship in Southeast Asia which, according to the cruise company's website, appears likely to replace the Viking Mekong in the second half of 2021.

Viking has announced a second extension to its temporary global operational pause due to coronavirus pandemic.

Viking has announced it will add a new river ship in Egypt in September next year as the company prepares to expand its program.

Guests receive free return flights to Russia and can now also choose between three bonus options: a two-night extension in St Petersburg, the Silver Spirits Beverage Package (covering virtually all drinks on board), or $1,000 shipboard credit per stateroom.
