The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company has opened a new luxury property in China’s northeast winter wonderland of Harbin, known as the “Ice City”. Centrally located on the city’s Songhua River, The Ritz-Carlton, Harbin occupies the top floors within an upscale mixed residential and retail development in one of Harbin’s tallest buildings.
